Motivational Mondays- Get off your butt

Mondays can be a drag if you let it be. I woke up this morning in a great mood. Lately, I have been going to bed and listening to hypnosis sleep techniques on Youtube. I have been a little stressed out and anxious so I have been meditating and trying to clear my negative energy.

After I dropped off my hubby to work, I came home and got on the treadmill. I found an awesome work out video playlist that really kept me going. I want to share it with you.

I love this video because about every 30 seconds or so, a motivational quote displays and just when I want to stop, the next quote will push me. I need that lil nudge sometimes.

Clouds Clearing

The past few posts have had a couple moodswings....if you couldnt tell, but of course, I am human and thats the way I release my energy, I blog about it and in a way it helps me feel better. But like thunderstorms, the clouds clear and the sun comes out and a new day begins, along with the rest of those moodswings and bad energies.

I have to admit, Ive been in a bit of a funk or artists block and I feel like Ive dwelled on it long enough, and now its time to get back into it. I have too much I want to accomplish to lose anymore time wasting it.

Its time to draw more inspiration that I have been hoarding on my desktop whenever I am surfing online and find stuff that I like. I hope it inspires you!

For Us and For You

Following my earlier post of "Graduating Already", I felt that a video with pictures is just not enough.

Since I am the geek who loves to make videos, I went around and got a few words of the girls I started school with.  These girls, who I barely knew sitting next to in a classroom, are now among those I call "family".

We have laughed together, cried together and even though we may not get along all the time, and we get on each others nerves, we have each others back no matter what.

I wish I could post ALL the pictures I have because all these pictures hold memories. People make fun of me because I am always taking pictures. The reason I do, is because I regret not having pictures during the times I would have liked to remember. Life is too short, so I take pictures to remember it all.

So many doors are already being opened not only for me, but for anyone who wants to take that risk and go for their dreams.  So this is for all of you, from us. Good luck to you

This past week, Ms. Angie posted information about the NAHA Competition and it gave me a creative push.  I went and researched it online and it got me super pumped! These photos are just jaw dropping AMAZING! With my style of color and design, I feel like this is right up my alley.

I am just in amazement and these photos really inspire me to compete. The deadline is in Feb 2012 so I have to get a move on. I have been brainstorming, and already have cooked up some amazing ideas!
